🔒 Privacy Policy

Core Privacy Commitment (Please Read Carefully)
Tools such as Base64 and JSON Formatter run locally in your browser and do not upload tool input. Tools that require network or AI processing are clearly labeled and transmit only the data needed to provide the requested feature.

1. How We Collect and Use Information

We do not ask for personal information to use the free tools. When you consent to analytics, we process limited technical and pseudonymous usage data for website maintenance, performance optimization, and traffic analysis:

  • Tool Input and Processing: Tools marked Client-side Processing handle input only on your device. Tools marked Browser Network Requests, Local + Cloud Processing, or Cloud AI Processing transmit the data needed to provide the requested feature. We do not intentionally retain tool input after processing unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
  • Technical Request Data: Our hosting and network providers may process request data such as IP address, browser type, and access time to deliver and protect the service. Our first-party analytics does not store IP addresses, page paths, referrers, or screen size as analytics fields.

2. Third-Party Services and Cookie Policy

We use first-party analytics and selected third-party services to support website operations, AI features, and advertising. Optional analytics and advertising storage are activated only after consent:

  • Google AdSense: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can visit Google Ad Privacy & Terms and opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google Ad Settings, or by visiting www.aboutads.info.
  • First-party Analytics: With consent, we use a random visitor identifier and limited technical usage data to analyze navigation and improve functionality. We do not include tool input in analytics events.
  • Tool Service Providers: Depending on the feature you choose, requests may be sent to AMap for maps, geocoding, and weather; Frankfurter for exchange rates; IP lookup providers for approximate network information; Pollinations.ai for suggested presentation images; and contracted cloud AI or task-queue providers. These services receive the request content needed for the feature and standard connection metadata under their own policies. Providers may change when implementations are updated.
  • Your Choices: You can manually disable or delete Cookies in your browser settings at any time. However, this may affect certain functions of this site or third-party services.

3. Children's Privacy Protection

The content of this site is not directed at children under the age of 13. If you do not meet the minimum age required by law, please use this site under the guidance of a guardian.

4. About AI and Your Data

When you use a tool marked Cloud AI Processing or Local + Cloud Processing, the required input may be sent over HTTPS to our server and selected model providers, such as Google Gemini. We do not intentionally use tool input to train our own models or retain it after the request. Provider processing remains subject to the applicable provider privacy terms. Local OCR with Tesseract.js runs entirely on your device.

5. Payments and Subscription Data

Pro checkout and subscription billing are processed by Dodo Payments or Creem. If you are signed in, we may include your account email address and internal user ID in the checkout request so that a successful purchase can be matched to your account.

The payment provider collects and processes payment method and billing details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive limited purchase records, such as purchaser email, transaction or subscription identifiers, payment status, renewal, cancellation, and refund status, to provide and manage Pro access and customer support.

6. Cookie Consent & Your Choices

When you first visit, a site-level preference banner lets you enable or decline optional first-party analytics and loading of the AdSense script. You can reopen it at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer. In regions where Google requires a certified consent management platform (CMP), Google's certified CMP and its choices also apply; this site-level control does not replace that CMP. We use the following categories:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., remembering your dark/light mode preference and language selection). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies (Optional): With your consent, our first-party analytics creates a random identifier in your browser and uses it only to update an aggregate approximate unique-visitor count. Tool input, page paths, referrers, screen size, and IP addresses are not stored as analytics fields.
  • Advertising Cookies (Optional): If you accept the site-level preference, the Google AdSense script may load. Google and its certified CMP, where required, determine available personalized or non-personalized advertising choices under their applicable terms.
